Job description
Overview
As a Local Class A Driver , you'll get the opportunity for competitive pay, for weekends off, to be home daily, and have no touch freight!
Hourly Pay:
$21.00/hr. - $24.00/hr. +OT
Shift(s):
Monday-Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm
Location:
Winder, GA, 30680
What You'll DoHandle all local truckload deliveries; primarily drop and hook
Deliver and pick up trailers within 100 mi of Winder
Drive an automatic, 53' truck/dry van
1-year CDL-A driving experience within past year
Must be at least 23 years of age or older
Must Possess a valid license to operate a commercial motor vehicle
Must pass a DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
No record of being disqualified to drive
Successful completion of a DOT road test
PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years - a higher score will be reviewed
No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
Candidates with experience in logistics, warehouse, OTR, Over-the-Road, CDL Class A License, Truck and Trailer, preferred
