About the Role Aqua Green Hospitality Services LLC is growing. We are seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our hospitality team in Kissimmee, FL. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for resort guests.

We offer a professional work environment, competitive weekly pay, and real opportunities for career growth. Compensation & Benefits Pay Structure: Paid per room cleaned, ranging from $17 to $32 per room depending on room size and assignment type. (Paid training provided at hourly rate).

Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas according to company and resort standards. Assist with quality control and room inspections when assigned. Maintain daily room assignment lists and accurately record completed rooms.

Report room shortages, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly. Handle guest requests politely and escalate issues when necessary. Keep cleaning equipment, supplies, and carts organized and in good condition.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management. Qualifications Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (training provided). Strong team player with a collaborative attitude Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet room targets.

Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility. Basic English communication skills required. Schedule & Work Environment Schedule: Variable hours based on hotel occupancy; must be available on weekends and holidays.

Location: On-site resort environment. Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 20-30 lbs regularly.

Daily exposure to cleaning/laundry chemicals, dust, odors, and outdoor weather elements.
