Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions via video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to client care.
• Developing and implementing personalized, recovery-focused treatment plans that address the specific needs and goals of each client.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities to foster client engagement and facilitate meaningful therapeutic progress.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid and active LCSW license or equivalent licensure to practice independently in the state of Oregon.
• No disciplinary actions against their license.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a sincere and empathetic nature towards clients.
• Proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing tools and digital counseling platforms.
• Stable high-speed internet connection to effectively conduct remote therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experiences will be considered favorably:

• Experience in providing teletherapy services or familiarity with digital health platforms.
• Background in using solution-based therapeutic modalities.
• Previous work in community health settings or with underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide:
