• Deliver high-quality telehealth counseling services to patients via secure video conferencing and other virtual platforms.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans based on established best practices and medical necessity guidelines.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting all client interactions and treatment progress.
• Provide responsive and empathetic communication to clients, addressing their questions or concerns within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure that all interactions uphold the highest ethical standards, respecting client confidentiality and promoting a safe therapeutic environment.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to adhere to the latest telehealth regulations and advancements in therapeutic methodologies.
• Actively participate in team meetings and engage in peer consultations to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

As a Telehealth Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of clients who seek support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. • Education: A Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Licensing: Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or an equivalent credential as mandated by Massachusetts law.
• Clinical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic techniques and remote counseling methodologies.
• Technology Proficiency: Strong experience with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential.

• Previous experience in a telehealth counseling setting is highly preferred.
