Think Better Counseling Solutions is seeking a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our dedicated team. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations to understand clients' needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual clients, complete with measurable goals and progress indicators.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, adapting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Foster collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with best practices and trends in the mental health field.

You will work with a diverse population of clients who may be dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active LPCC license in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience with a strong track record of client engagement.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic health records systems is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to effectively connect with clients and document services.

• Experience working in telehealth or remote counseling settings is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.
• Knowledge and experience in crisis intervention and management within virtual platforms.
