Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, understanding their background and unique circumstances.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, tailoring interventions to specific client goals and therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, employing various therapeutic techniques to foster emotional healing and resilience.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive client care, coordinating with physicians, social workers, and other mental health professionals.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of all client information, strictly adhering to legal and ethical standards in record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
