This position is fully remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while accessing a range of digital therapy tools. You will utilize secure telehealth software to conduct therapy sessions and maintain client records electronically, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Conduct teletherapy sessions using evidence-based practices to assist clients in managing their mental health concerns.
• Employ active listening and therapeutic techniques to guide individuals through the process of emotional awareness, resilience building, and coping strategies.
• Collaborate with clients to design personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and needs.
• Utilize appropriate assessment tools and clinical best practices to monitor and evaluate client progress during sessions.
• Document all client interactions accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Provide crisis intervention and referral services when necessary to connect clients with additional resources.

Your primary focus will be on adults facing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. A strong commitment to cultural competency and sensitivity is essential, as you will be working with a diverse clientele from various socio-economic backgrounds.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Active Georgia license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Minimum of two years of direct client counseling experience in a clinical or therapy setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven record of fostering positive therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and telehealth platforms.
• Experience in treating a varied client population, particularly through virtual therapy.
• Knowledge of community resources and referral procedures.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
