• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, which will inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure integrated care and improved treatment outcomes for clients.
• Respond promptly to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention strategies, utilizing your expert judgment and training.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and decreasing the stigma associated with seeking help.

• Have completed a master’s or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from various demographics.
• Show cultural competence and sensitivity when interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management abilities, ensuring effective documentation and record-keeping.

• Prior experience within a community health setting, especially with a focus on providing services to marginalized populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices, including the use of virtual platforms for therapy delivery and client assessment.
• Experience integrating evidence-based practices into therapy sessions and developing group therapy programing.
