• Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms to address clients' mental health issues and develop coping strategies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing feedback from clients.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care and follow up on patient progress.
• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to track effectiveness of therapies and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development activities to stay current on clinical guidelines and best practices in mental health care.

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and co-occurring disorders. Your expertise will be vital in offering support to clients navigating their recovery journeys, empowering them to achieve lasting wellness. You will also contribute to a therapeutic environment that acknowledges diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active LICSW license in Massachusetts is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in social work, with preference given to candidates specializing in mental health or substance use treatment.
• Demonstrated ability in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning, with a strong understanding of psychotherapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective therapeutic relationships.
• Proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

• Experience working with a diverse client population and knowledge of cultural competence in service delivery.
• Familiarity with addiction treatment and recovery processes, including motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.
• Proficient in using assessment tools and outcome measurement instruments to guide treatment.
