• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health to accurately identify conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Craft and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s unique needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions through secure telehealth platforms, applying evidence-based practices to assist clients in coping with their emotional challenges.
• Conduct group therapy or family therapy sessions when appropriate, fostering a supportive environment for shared experiences and collective healing.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, documenting interaction, progress notes, and treatment strategies in compliance with organizational policies and confidentiality regulations.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and support staff, to provide comprehensive patient care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Change and Recovery Psychotherapy Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families of various backgrounds. • A valid state license to practice as a mental health counselor is essential.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a robust compensation package including a sign-on bonus.
