Albert Reyes State Farm Agency is seeking an experienced, sales-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role combines new business production with ongoing account management, making it an excellent fit for someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships, growing existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. 
As a Remote Account Manager, you'll work with both new and existing customers to identify insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, manage policy changes, and help customers protect what matters most—all while achieving production goals and providing a professional customer experience. 
Required Qualifications
  • Active Property & Casualty License
  • Active Life & Health License
  • Minimum 1 year of prior State Farm agency experience required
  • Proven insurance sales production history
  • Strong understanding of State Farm products, systems, and agency processes
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
What You'll Do
  • Generate new business through internet leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, cross-selling, and follow-up activity
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, health, umbrella, and other insurance products using a needs-based sales approach
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention, referrals, and account growth
  • Conduct policy reviews, identify coverage gaps, and recommend additional coverage solutions
  • Assist customers with policy updates, renewals, endorsements, billing inquiries, and other service needs while identifying sales opportunities
  • Manage a consistent pipeline through organized follow-up and quoting activity
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency and regulatory requirements
  • Meet and exceed individual production goals while contributing to overall agency success
