Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Telehealth Texas-Based Remote Therapy Position
Job Summary
We are looking for a Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join a remote behavioral health team providing therapy to clients in a structured telehealth setting. The work centers on helping clients understand what they are experiencing, identify patterns that may be affecting their daily life, and develop realistic tools for managing emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns.
As an LCSW in this role, you will conduct virtual sessions, complete clinical documentation, and guide clients through treatment plans that are clear, practical, and individualized. This is a strong fit for a clinician who wants a professional remote role with steady full-time work and a clear clinical focus.
Location: Texas
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients virtually for scheduled therapy sessions
  • Gather relevant psychosocial, behavioral, and mental health history during intake
  • Develop client-centered goals that support measurable progress in care
  • Provide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, family strain, and adjustment issues
  • Document session notes, treatment updates, and clinical observations within required timelines
  • Evaluate ongoing risk and respond appropriately to safety concerns
  • Help clients strengthen coping strategies, communication skills, and daily functioning
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in a remote care environment

Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Texas
  • Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
  • Prior experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
  • Comfortable delivering care through secure video sessions
  • Strong clinical documentation and treatment planning skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and consistency
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, mandated reporting, risk assessment, and ethical clinical practice
