Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, strengths, and unique challenges, ensuring an accurate understanding of their circumstances.
  • Provide tailored therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that identify specific goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes, continuously monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic treatment approaches that address both physical and mental health needs.
  • Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, performing risk assessments and collaborating on safety planning to effectively manage clients in high-stress situations.
  • Advocate for clientsโ€™ rights and connect them with community resources to facilitate access to additional support services and case management.
  • Participate actively in community outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness and foster partnerships to enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
