As an LMFT at Clarity Pulse Care Counseling, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing customized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitating counseling sessions with clients, both individually and in group settings, to address various issues, including relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and mental health concerns.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities to support clients effectively, enhancing their emotional and psychological well-being.
• Documenting sessions meticulously in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to discuss treatment progress and explore additional resources that can benefit clients.

Your work will encompass a diverse client population, including adults, children, and adolescents experiencing an array of challenges. You will specialize in addressing:

• Alcohol abuse and addiction issues.
• Emotional distress stemming from physical or psychological abuse.
• Grief related to loss, which manifests in various familial contexts.
• Interpersonal conflicts among family members, including siblings and blended families.
• Anxiety and job-related stress affecting mental wellness.
• Adjustment disorders related to separation and divorce, supporting clients through transitional phases in their lives.

To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a current, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.
• Hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
