• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's substance abuse history, mental health status, and specific treatment needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health disorders.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques designed to guide clients through their recovery journey.
• Regularly monitor clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure they align with personal recovery goals.
• Engage and educate clients' families, providing tools and resources to foster their involvement throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client records in compliance with professional regulations and organizational standards.

You will primarily work with individuals battling substance addiction, offering them the critical support they need to achieve sobriety and improved mental health. • Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated specialized training or experience in addiction counseling with a solid understanding of treatment modalities.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices tailored for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and motivate clients through their recovery journey.
