Overview

The Project Manager role oversees and drives the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal teams, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Candidates will be expected to perform work under minimal supervision, handle complex issues, and be able to assess which issues need to be escalated to stakeholder leadership.

This role pays an annual salary of $115,000-$125,000 and is bonus eligible.

This position will remain open until November 20, 2026.

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create, communicate, and execute project plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements with a focus on optimizing risk vs. delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are executed as planned
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure smooth delivery
  • Create and manage project budgets
  • Establish project KPIs and metrics
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide timely updates to leadership
  • Ensure all documentation is maintained according to organizational standards
  • Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate groups as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 4-6+ years' experience working in enterprise IT environments in a project management role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, socialize, and execute complex project plans that involve multiple different stakeholders and unique operating environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (Smartsheet preferred)
  • Ability to present and discuss technical, functional information concisely that explains the issues at hand, including presenting options for the team to discuss for problem resolution
  • Flexible working style, able to quickly adapt to diverse and changing environments and timelines
