Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional state of clients, gathering pertinent information to inform treatment decisions.
  • Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each clientโ€™s unique goals and therapeutic needs, effectively adapting strategies based on client feedback and progress.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in providing individual, family, and group therapy, employing a variety of methodologies to cater to different interactions and dynamics.

  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence to ethical codes and legal requirements, ensuring privacy and security of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide well-rounded support and comprehensive care for clients.
  • Stay current with advancements in mental health practices, continuously integrating new findings into your therapeutic approach.
  • Participate in regular supervision, professional development, and training opportunities that encourage growth and skill enhancement.
  • Adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied client population that may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
