Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health and emotional state of clients, gathering pertinent information to inform treatment decisions.
• Craft and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client’s unique goals and therapeutic needs, effectively adapting strategies based on client feedback and progress.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in providing individual, family, and group therapy, employing a variety of methodologies to cater to different interactions and dynamics.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress systematically, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health issues, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in adherence to ethical codes and legal requirements, ensuring privacy and security of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to provide well-rounded support and comprehensive care for clients.
• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices, continuously integrating new findings into your therapeutic approach.
• Participate in regular supervision, professional development, and training opportunities that encourage growth and skill enhancement.
• Adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a varied client population that may include individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your efforts will help clients navigate their challenges and empower them towards achieving emotional and psychological stability.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, facilitating effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic approach that prioritizes client welfare.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

Preferred Experience
