Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other related disorders, using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Perform comprehensive assessments during initial consultations to fully understand clients' unique situations, needs, and goals in order to develop personalized and actionable treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, offering immediate support and guidance to clients experiencing severe distress or emergencies.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed, from psychological to social and physical health.
• Maintain thorough and accurate client records in compliance with all ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality documentation.
• Stay abreast of current trends, research, and best practices in the field of mental health to provide clients with the most effective counseling approaches.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training, supervision, and peer consultations to enhance counseling skills and gain insights into innovative therapeutic methods.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits
