Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in improving their mental health.
• Encourage open discussions around emotions and life experiences, fostering client self-awareness and insight into personal relationships.
• Act as a client advocate, assisting in the definition and clarification of therapeutic goals while employing a solution-focused approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base primarily consists of pre-screened, stable adults with low acuity mental health issues. You won’t be managing severe mental health cases, allowing you to concentrate on providing quality care to clients who are ready to engage in therapeutic work. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently without supervision as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No provisional or limited licenses; disciplinary actions must not be present.
• Strong ability to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a sympathetic nature.
