• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for patients to evaluate their mental health needs effectively. This may include utilizing standardized assessment tools and structured interviews to inform treatment planning.
• Provide individual counseling sessions tailored to the unique needs of each patient, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness strategies, and solution-focused approaches.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions and workshops designed to enhance patients' coping skills, resilience, and overall mental well-being.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and support staff, to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care that encompasses both mental and physical health considerations.
• Participate in community outreach initiatives focused on mental health awareness and education, aiming to reduce stigma and promote preventive care resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed promptly.

Your practice will largely encompass patients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. • Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; however, a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of mental health challenges faced by community clinic patients, along with a commitment to providing compassionate care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups, including patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices that align with brief therapy models suitable for remote counseling.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting or hospital environment is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage a varied caseload while prioritizing patient needs effectively.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital tools to facilitate remote patient engagement is a plus.

• The annual salary ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
