Your Role & Impact As a U.S. Immigration Attorney, you will: Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications

Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk. Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations. Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.

state or the District of Columbia. Experience: 2+ years of business immigration experience, particularly with H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and employment-based immigrant visa applications. Technology-Driven Mindset: Interest in digital upskilling and technology innovation.
