Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in thorough program planning and the organization of mental health services tailored to meet patient needs.
• Communicate regularly with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, to relay information regarding patient progress, challenges, and the effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all clinical encounters, including detailed clinical notes and progress reports, in adherence to department guidelines.
• Collaboratively develop comprehensive treatment plans—including discharge strategies—rooted in comprehensive psychosocial assessments and recognized therapeutic interventions.
• Provide compassionate counseling and crisis intervention services, effectively addressing the emotional and behavioral challenges faced by patients.
• Consult with family members and support systems, ensuring collaborative planning for client treatment and aftercare.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working directly with a diverse array of clients, including those facing significant life challenges, mental health disorders, and situational crises. Many of our patients may be dealing with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, or other mental health fluctuations, and your contributions will be integral in guiding them toward achieving stability and fulfillment in their lives.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• At least two years of experience working in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in mental health care.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to interact effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated ability and comfort in using digital tools such as telehealth software and MS Office applications for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience

Experience with telehealth programming or familiarity with online treatment platforms can enhance your adaptability in this position. Familiarity with evidence-based practices in behavioral care is also advantageous as we strive to uphold the highest standards of mental health interventions.

Compensation and Benefits
