As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Advance To Success Counseling, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, needs, and goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers, including psychologists, medical professionals, and counselors, to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to empower clients in their journey toward recovery.
• Provide ongoing education and resources to clients and their families, ensuring they understand treatment plans and coping strategies.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in the electronic health record system while adhering to privacy regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment strategies, fostering a shared commitment to client well-being.

Your primary responsibilities will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including vulnerable populations such as the elderly, individuals facing chronic mental health issues, and those experiencing significant life transitions. You will be expected to adapt your approach to meet the unique cultural and individual needs of each client, reinforcing an inclusive environment that encourages open dialogue and trust.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, ensuring clear and compassionate interactions with clients and colleagues.

While a minimum of two years of direct clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with:
