This role is uniquely positioned within a remote environment, allowing you to provide counseling and support without the constraints of a traditional office space. Collaborating closely with school officials, teachers, and parents, you will be pivotal in creating a supportive network for students struggling with mental health issues. The flexibility of remote work allows you to tailor your schedule to best meet the needs of the families and educational institutions you serve.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, collaborating with educators and medical staff to develop holistic care plans that support the emotional and psychological needs of students.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on adjustment issues, grief processing, and coping strategies to assist students in managing their emotional health.
• Develop and implement effective discharge plans, connecting families with community resources for continued support and care after leaving the school environment.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate psychological support and resources to students and their families during critical moments.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance patient outcomes through collaborative strategies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient sessions and assessments in accordance with legal and organizational standards to ensure continuity and quality of care.

In this role, you will primarily support children and adolescents within the school system, addressing various psychosocial issues, including anxiety, depression, and stress related to academic and social pressures. Your expertise will help foster a safe and supportive environment for students, promoting resilience and coping skills essential for their development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.
• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and the challenges faced by youth in educational settings.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff.

While not mandatory, candidates with two or more years of experience in a school setting or similar healthcare environment will be given priority. Familiarity with school systems and the ability to navigate educational resources will be advantageous in this role.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
