• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and resources, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care techniques.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each client’s specific goals and needs, regularly reviewing and adapting plans as necessary.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to create coordinated care plans that support comprehensive treatment.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention and risk assessment for clients in distress, developing appropriate safety plans where necessary.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster peer understanding and support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical sessions, adhering to ethical and legal standards to ensure compliance and accountability.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
