This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will be part of a collaborative virtual team, leveraging technology to connect with clients effectively. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that encourages a productive environment.

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients to address their mental health concerns.
• Engage in active listening and facilitate discussions to help clients navigate their emotions, relationships, and life challenges.
• Collaborate with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals, tailoring treatment plans according to individual needs and circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to implement effective treatment strategies that enhance client engagement and progress.
• Document all client interactions meticulously in electronic health records (EHR) systems, maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will be working primarily with diverse individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and life transitions. • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid Georgia licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with clients in various scenarios.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients and collaborate with colleagues smoothly.
• A working knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems, reflecting your ability to adapt to digital workflows in a clinical context.

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy or remote counseling will be advantageous, as will familiarity with different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Your past experiences in community organizations or clinics will enrich our understanding of diverse client needs and backgrounds.
