In this role, you will provide essential mental health support and guidance, enabling clients to overcome challenges and achieve their wellness goals from the comfort of their own homes.

Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working primarily with diverse individuals seeking support for a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and life transitions. Our client base reflects a broad spectrum of demographics, and your expertise will be essential in providing tailored care and fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • An active and valid Georgia licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with clients in various scenarios.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with clients and collaborate with colleagues smoothly.
  • A working knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems, reflecting your ability to adapt to digital workflows in a clinical context.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in teletherapy or remote counseling will be advantageous, as will familiarity with different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
