• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A valid Tennessee license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in good standing.
• Demonstrable experience of at least 2-3 years in providing mental health counseling, with strong skills in interpersonal communication and case management.

• Experience working with a telehealth platform or familiarity with digital counseling methods.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques and approaches.
• Previous experience working within a community health setting or similar environment.
