• Conduct comprehensive assessments and intake screenings to evaluate clients' mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

• Collaborate closely with a dynamic treatment team comprising of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to coordinate integrated care pathways for clients.
• Provide psychoeducation and support to clients' families for fostering understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and care coordination, adhering to all regulatory and ethical guidelines.

As a Mental Health Therapist at Bright Integrated and Counseling, LLC, you will work with a diverse range of clients. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to effectively connect with clients and team members.
• Demonstrated compassion and a non-judgmental attitude essential for fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Proven organizational and time-management capabilities for efficiently managing a diverse caseload and administrative responsibilities.

• Previous experience in an outpatient setting, specifically with teletherapy and remote service delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, or mindfulness-based approaches.
• Experience working with clients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
