The Licensed Mental Health Therapist position is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technology to conduct sessions. • Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth to provide comprehensive mental health services tailored to each client's needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each session, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational standards.
• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive holistic and integrated care.
• Participate in regular professional development activities, including training sessions and peer supervision, to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Trinity Counseling and Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse client population ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health challenges. Your role will involve providing support to individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns—as well as promoting overall mental wellness through therapeutic interventions.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in counseling or a related field, demonstrating a strong therapeutic background.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills that foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHRs) and familiar with telehealth platforms to enhance the client experience.

• Experience conducting therapy in a virtual environment, with an emphasis on telehealth best practices.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities in complex clinical situations.
• Understanding of cultural competence and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds effectively.
