• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and narrative therapy, adapting your approach to meet the unique goals of each client.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing techniques that empower clients to explore their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings in a safe environment.
• Offer timely crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring they receive the immediate care necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessment results, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.
• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, highlighting treatment pathways and resources available within the community.
• Remain abreast of best practices in mental health therapy, engaging in continuing education opportunities such as workshops and professional development training.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. Your expertise will support a diverse patient population, many of whom may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues. You will play a critical role in helping clients navigate these challenges, enhancing their resilience and well-being.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in the state of Colorado (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic skills, and an understanding of a variety of therapeutic modalities.

The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
