As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that directly influence the care and support of our younger clients:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children aged zero to three with developmental challenges.
• Participate actively in the development and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring collaborative involvement with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor and assess the outcomes of interventions to measure progress and adapt strategies to enhance developmental trajectories.
• Provide evidence-based coaching to families, helping them engage in their child’s learning and development within natural settings.
• Incorporate Natural Learning Environment Practices in all interactions, adapting your approach to meet diverse family dynamics and individual child needs.
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations related to social work practice.

Your primary focus will be working with infants and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays. Our early intervention services are designed to support families through education and direct assistance, addressing physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.

A minimum of one year’s experience working with children in early intervention settings is preferred.
