Remote Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed | Indiana Telehealth Therapy Position

Position Information

Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

This LCSW telehealth role gives licensed clinicians the opportunity to provide therapy to clients from a remote setting while maintaining a consistent full-time schedule. You will support clients through assessment, therapy sessions, goal setting, and ongoing clinical follow-up.

The role includes direct client care as well as the behind-the-scenes work that keeps treatment on track, including clear documentation, care planning, and appropriate updates based on client progress.

Responsibilities

  • Provide virtual therapy sessions to clients located in Indiana
  • Assess client needs, symptoms, history, and current stressors
  • Prepare treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical presentation
  • Support clients working through mental health concerns, daily stress, grief, family issues, and personal challenges
  • Track progress across sessions and update clinical goals as needed
  • Complete electronic documentation in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow telehealth best practices for privacy, safety, and client engagement
  • Use sound clinical judgment when addressing risk, crisis concerns, or care transitions
  • Maintain compliance with all licensing, privacy, and ethical requirements

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Indiana
  • Previous clinical experience providing therapy, counseling, or behavioral health services
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote work environment
  • Must maintain professional licensure and follow Indiana clinical practice requirements
