• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients’ mental health needs and tailor appropriate interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with the personal goals of each client.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities suited to client preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic approaches to care, including regular participation in case consultations and treatment planning meetings.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines regarding confidentiality.
