Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, employing various evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to develop comprehensive intervention plans.

  • Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, ensuring timely access to appropriate resources and referrals.
  • Engage and support family members and primary caregivers in understanding and managing the mental health challenges their loved ones face.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.
Preferred Experience
