Renewed Heartfelt Healing Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team in Spokane, Washington. Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
  • Complete documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure the most effective treatment interventions.
  • Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that promote patient success and recovery.
  • Engage in all necessary licensing and accreditation processes to uphold organizational standards of care.
  • Act as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to promote comprehensive care.
  • Foster open communication with community stakeholders to meet contract requirements and support the agency's mission.
  • Establish and nurture partnerships with various organizations to enhance program visibility and secure funding opportunities.
  • Participate in continuous personal and professional development through conferences, training sessions, and community engagement activities.
  • Contribute to the integration of the agencyโ€™s mission and values into daily responsibilities and treatment approaches.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to facilitate the overall effectiveness of the practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is integral to serving a diverse patient population, including individuals dealing with mental health issues, those in recovery from substance use, and clients affected by disabilities and acquired brain injuries. As an LMHC, you will have the unique opportunity to build consistent, trusting relationships with your clients over time, allowing for tailored therapy sessions that reflect their needs and growth.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
  • An active, independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license is required.
