  • Engage in crisis intervention and provide timely support during mental health emergencies to ensure student safety and well-being.
  • Educate students and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources to foster understanding and empowerment.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards through diligent documentation and case management practices.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated with industry best practices and legislative changes.

  • Experience in delivering individual and group therapies utilizing various proven therapeutic practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage effectively with students and families.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and general computer skills.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of relevant, post-licensure experience is preferred, candidates with robust knowledge and passionate commitment to special education may also be considered. You should possess strong crisis intervention abilities and a commitment to maintaining professional ethical standards in a fast-paced environment.
