This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Assess and diagnose clients during initial consultations to gauge their mental health needs and establish treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Utilize the platform’s advanced communication features to engage with clients through audio and video sessions, direct messaging, and online journal entries.
• Facilitate goal setting and provide ongoing support through tracking progress using clinical worksheets and other therapeutic modalities available on the platform.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans within the platform’s secure systems.
• Collaborate with other professionals on the platform, benefiting from a robust community of over 10,000 therapists for peer discussions and support.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans while offering empathetic and professional guidance.

Our clients primarily include adults dealing with low-acuity mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, grief, and weight-related disorders. The focus on stable patients ensures that your practice will be both rewarding and manageable, guided by your professional expertise and judgement without the complexities of severe mental health cases.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• A valid and independent Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Oregon.
• A dependable internet connection along with appropriate technology including a working desktop PC or laptop (tablets are not supported).
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and sessions effectively.

While not mandatory, the ideal candidate may also possess:

• Experience in telehealth counseling or familiarity with online therapy platforms.
• Specialization in adult therapy for anxiety, depression, and other related issues.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity for building rapport with diverse client populations.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually. In addition to a robust salary, benefits include:
