• Provide ethical and empathetic individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Develop comprehensive and individualized treatment plans, setting measurable goals that align with clients' aspirations for improved mental health.
• Facilitate insights for clients regarding their emotions, experiences, and relational dynamics, guiding them toward deeper self-awareness.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health issues. This population often presents with challenges such as anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and life transitions. By providing your expert guidance, you will assist these individuals in developing essential skills to enhance their daily lives and overall mental wellness.

• A Master's degree in a relevant counseling discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice—candidates with licensed status as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD are encouraged to apply.
• No disciplinary actions or provisional licenses will be accepted.
• Strong interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine empathetic nature that fosters trust and connection with clients.
• Proficiency with technology and a reliable internet connection necessary for conducting remote video sessions, along with a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities.

• Previous experience working in a remote setting is advantageous; familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques.
• Experience serving diverse populations or individuals with varied psychiatric conditions.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, dependent on hours worked.
