• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions utilizing video chat technology in an ethical and compassionate manner.
• Implement solution-based treatment methodologies, tailoring your approach to meet the individual needs of your clients.
• Develop and maintain effective treatment plans, continuously assessing client progress and adapting strategies as needed to improve therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions that guide clients in developing insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships.
• Monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey, supporting them in cultivating healthy coping mechanisms that can be utilized in daily life.

The primary clients you will engage with are stable adults who present with a range of mental health considerations in a detox setting. • A Master's degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current state-issued mental health counseling license required for independent practice, specifically as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• No disciplinary actions on your license and not holding any limited/provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature conducive to building trusting client relationships.
• Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in video conferencing tools to facilitate remote counseling.
• Access to a reliable internet connection, and a computer equipped with a webcam and audio capabilities for virtual counseling sessions.

• Experience in providing mental health support in a remote setting, particularly within substance use detox environments.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based practices tailored to adult mental health care.
• Capability to multitask and navigate digital tools efficiently to streamline the counseling process.
