We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Dental Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. If you are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this role is for you. As a vital member of our dental team, you will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient interactions, and handle administrative tasks to ensure a seamless and positive dental experience for our patients. This position requires a current CDA or RDA license and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Certified Dental Assistant

Greet and welcome patients into the treatment area, ensuring they feel comfortable and at ease
Discuss dental care plans with patients and address any questions or concerns they may have
Take and accurately record patients’ vital signs and medical histories
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, ensuring availability for exams and procedures
Assist the dentist during dental procedures and examinations by providing chairside support
Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and office policies and procedures
Schedule patient appointments and manage follow-up communications
Maintain thorough and accurate patient records using computer and data entry systems
Deliver high-quality patient care with a friendly and professional demeanor

Full-time $24 - $30 per hour

Associate’s Degree from a school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA)
Current Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certificate or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license issued by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a dental assistant in a clinical setting
Proficient computer and data entry skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Strong commitment to patient care and professional ethics
