Job description

Stafford Early Autism Services (SEAS) is a BCBA-owned, clinic based ABA provider in Stafford, VA. We are growing and are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team as RBTs.

The RBTs will work under the supervision of a BCBA and provide direct ABA services and support to children with autism and their families. The RBT will be responsible for implementing treatment plans and behavior intervention plans, collecting data, providing support to clients and their families, and creating a fun learning environment. The RBT must be an excellent communicator, a team player and open to feedback.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • RBT Certification preferred, but will train the right candidate
  • Must love working with children and families
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Must be punctual
  • Reliable transportation and driver’s license
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Clean background check
  • Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays preferred
