Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay, Benefits & Perks
- Competitive pay:
- $19.00–$21.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 12.00 for each billable client hour worked
- 12.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

What You’ll Do
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
