We’re seeking a confident, dependable Lead RBT who is  Bilingual Preferred in Spanish, leads by example, inspires others, and takes pride in delivering high-quality ABA services. You’ll serve as trusted support to both your team and BCBAs, helping ensure consistency, professionalism, and clinical excellence across cases..

Role Overview: 

Leadership & Strategy 

  • Model excellence in direct ABA service delivery and uphold the center’s clinical standards. 

  • Support the BCBA in ensuring treatment plans are implemented with consistency, professionalism, and fidelity. 

  • Promote best practices in ABA and reinforce ethical, client-centered care in daily operations. 

Team Development & Culture 

  • Mentor and support RBTs to strengthen clinical skills and confidence. 

  • Provide hands on guidance, modeling, and constructive feedback to encourage professional growth. 

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment where teamwork and accountability thrive. 

Program Oversight 

  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA to reflect each child’s unique goals. 

  • Ensure skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs are delivered accurately and consistently. 

  • Support treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and organizational standards. 

Quality Assurance & Outcomes 

  • Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data to track client progress. 

  • Communicate trends, barriers, and successes to the supervising BCBA to support data-driven decisions. 

  • Promote continuous improvement in service delivery to enhance client outcomes and team performance. 

Communication & Collaboration 

  • Maintain open, professional communication with families regarding client progress and session updates. 

  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure cohesive care. 

  • Represent the center’s mission and values with professionalism in all interactions. 

What Sets You Apart  

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing. 

  • Experience providing ABA services in clinic, home, or school-based settings.
