  Location: Grand Forks, ND

  Shift:   Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm, Occasional Saturdays from 9am-1pm

  Job Schedule: Full Time

  Weekly Hours: up to 40

JOB SUMMARY:

The Registered Behavior Technician I (RBT) position implements direct behavior analytic services, under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Board Certified assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCaBA) for children and young adults with autism. This position provides direct one on one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills and reduce problematic behaviors in the home, community or school setting.

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)

 

Education and/or years’ experience required:

  • High School diploma
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Valid North Dakota Driver’s License

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Prior completion of 40-hour RBT training requirement and certification
  • One-year RBT experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis

Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable): This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
