About the Role
  • We are looking for a Full Time Certified Hand Therapist to join our team. As part of our hand therapy team, you will work closely with our referring Physicians and learn from our highly trained therapists. Our senior CHT's are skilled in splinting and treatment of more complex diagnoses. Our hand therapy team works closely together to foster learning with hands on training and participation in our patient care conferences to review treatment plans.

What You'll Do
  • Performing Occupational Therapy Evaluations
  • Performing Occupational Therapy Treatments
  • Directing patient care
  • Performing objective measures
  • Supervising with active participation of COTAs and non-licensed providers
  • Supervising patient progress and re-evaluate appropriately
  • Overseeing and assuring clinical protocols are followed
  • Coordinating with physicians and other practitioners for patient issues

What We're Looking For:
  • Graduate from an accredited PT/OT program
  • Licensed in the state of California
  • CHT or CHT eligible
