Grocery Clerk (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We are currently looking to addpart-time Grocery Clerks to our team. Grocery Clerks play a key role in delivering consistently excellent customer service and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities may include operating a cash register, stocking and facing shelves, and assisting customers with product information.

While prior grocery or retail experience is helpful, a strong desire and ability to provide outstanding customer service is the primary qualification.

Essential Job Functions

As a Grocery Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive consistently strong customer service, including:

  • Assisting customers by providing product information, answering questions, and resolving concerns

  • Greeting all customers, guests, and visitors upon entering the store

  • Stocking and facing shelves and ensuring accurate price marking

  • Assisting with floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, replenishment, and receiving as needed

  • Maintaining a clean and orderly store, including general cleaning tasks such as mopping floors and emptying trash

  • Responding promptly to spills or product breakage to maintain a safe environment


Capability Requirements
