Road & Rail Services is hiring Track Workers / Equipment Operators to support railroad track maintenance projects across multiple states. This is a travel-based position-you will be working outdoors, using tools and equipment, and traveling to job sites as needed.

If you're the type of person who likes physical work, working with tools, and being part of a crew-this is a strong long-term opportunity.
What You'll Do
Work on railroad track maintenance crews performing hands-on labor
Use hand tools and operate equipment such as backhoes, tampers, and loaders
Replace railroad ties, repair track, and assist with track alignment
Clear vegetation, install crossings, and support general maintenance
Follow all safety rules and FRA regulations
Travel to job sites and work with a team to complete projects safely and efficiently
What We're Looking For
Experience in construction, landscaping, farming, or similar hands-on work
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
Willingness to travel extensively (this is not a local, home-daily job)

Preferred (Not Required)
Railroad or track maintenance (MOW) experience
Experience operating heavy equipment
Work Environment & Travel
This is a travel-heavy position (near 100%)
