Project Specialist - Radon System Installer
Full-time | No weekends or holidays
----------------------------------------
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
----------------------------------------
$75,000-$100,000 first-year total compensation
Base salary plus performance bonuses | Monday-Friday | Licensed and certified by day 30
The $75K-$100K range reflects actual installer output at our production volume. Base salary is fixed. Performance bonuses are tied to jobs completed. We cover 100% of licensing and exam costs.
----------------------------------------
WHAT YOU'LL DO
----------------------------------------
Install radon mitigation systems in residential homes following a documented process. Each day starts with reviewing job specs, pulling materials, and loading your truck. You run your jobs independently, collect payment on-site, close out the job in the system same day, and leave every site cleaner than you found it.
You'll also handle service calls on existing systems and complete post-install steps at every job: customer check-in, yard sign, and door hangers before you leave.
----------------------------------------
WHO DOES WELL HERE
----------------------------------------
- Reads the job spec before arriving - every time
- Holds their own quality standard, not just the minimum
- Closes paperwork the same day, without being reminded
- Works independently without needing check-ins
- Follows a proven system and improves it when they see a better way
- Takes the work seriously - not as a job, as a craft
----------------------------------------
LICENSING
----------------------------------------
Most states require a credential to install radon mitigation systems for compensation. If you're not already licensed, we get you through it within 30 days - course, exam prep, and all fees covered by us.
Backgrounds that translate well: electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, general contractors, handymen. If you're good with your hands and have a track record of doing things right, the technical piece is trainable.
----------------------------------------
BENEFITS
----------------------------------------
- 50% company-paid health insurance
- Vision, dental, life, and disability coverage
- Critical illness coverage
- Retirement plan with company match
- HSA with company match
- Accrued PTO
- No weekends or holidays

Our process is documented and proven. Install volume is consistent. This isn't a one-person operation figuring it out as they go - we have systems, training, and a team behind every installer we bring on.
We built this company around the people in it. The benefits aren't perks we added to stay competitive - they reflect how we think a company should operate. We're actively expanding into new markets, and the advancement opportunities that come with that go to the people who earn them.
----------------------------------------
APPLY NOW
----------------------------------------
Applying takes about 10 minutes. You'll be asked to complete a short Culture Index survey as part of the process. It helps us place people where they'll actually succeed.
Compensation: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
