MARKETING EFFECTIVENESS ANALYST
You’re curious about what the data is telling you and know how to turn it into insights that help teams make smarter marketing decisions. As a marketing effectiveness analyst, you’ll dig in to campaign performance across channels, identify what’s working and where there are opportunities, and help turn those findings into recommendations for our clients.
You enjoy solving problems, finding the story behind the numbers and working with different teams to put insights into action.
What you’ll do:
  • Dig in to performance across paid media, paid search, social, email and web to understand what’s working and where there are opportunities.
  • Turn data into clear insights and recommendations that teams and clients can act on.
  • Work alongside media, creative, account management and strategy to help build measurement strategies and learning agendas.
  • Use databases and tools like SQL to answer questions and uncover insights.
  • Use Python or R to support deeper analysis.
  • Help develop communications mix strategies based on performance and learnings.
  • Support digital tagging, tracking and monitoring.
  • Share findings in a way that makes sense to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Balance analytics needs across multiple clients, projects and channels.
  • Stay curious about new tools, trends and approaches in marketing analytics.
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Science and three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Python, R, SQL, Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Experience with digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • An ability to look beyond the numbers and identify meaningful insights
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Consulting and marketing experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Location: Milwaukee or Chicago
Travel: This position does not require regular travel. Actual travel may vary based on client assignment and other factors.
Salary Range: $65,000-95,000 annually
The provided salary range is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this hire. The actual salary offered will be influenced by candidate experience and other job and market-related factors.
