We're looking for a Quality Technician to join our team in Raleigh, NC. Summary

The Quality Technician is responsible for performing inspections and quality audits throughout the manufacturing process to ensure products meet established specifications, company standards, and customer expectations.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining product quality, identifying defects, validating production processes, and collaborating with production teams to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.


What You'll Do
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout production to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
  • Identify, document, and communicate quality issues or defects.
  • Verify product specifications, measurements, and compliance requirements.
  • Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
  • Partner with production teams to support quality, process improvements, and corrective actions.
  • Monitor quality control processes and support ISO and company compliance standards.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

What You'll BringEducation & Experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience.
  • Printing, packaging, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.
